Shipping Information

Most items ship from Michigan.

To calculate your exact shipping time, please see the UPS shipping map and processing/shipping time chart below.

PROCESSING TIME:
ALL orders have a processing time of up to 2 business days. Orders are shipped after they are processed. Please add 2 days to shipping time to calculate the day your package will arrive. To by-pass the processing time, you will need to pay an additional Rush Fee of $10.00. **PLEASE NOTE** Personalized items have additional processing times.

If you need to change or cancel your order you may do it at no additional cost as long as the order has not been processed. If the credit card has been charged cancelation fees may apply. Please contact us by phone (800) 823-3891 or e-mail for specific inquiries or any other questions about shipping procedures or costs.

Once you receive your order please examine it immediately. If there is damage to the box or any item is missing you must contact us right away. Do not dispose of the shipping box or packing material if there is damage or if any items are missing.

STANDARD SHIPPING:
Package shipped via UPS or US Priority Mail to USA destinations. UPS shipping days are Monday-Friday. Depending on your state, your package may take 1 – 5 days to arrive (after processing).

UPS EXPIDITED SHIPPING:
Please contact us for pricing. Expedited shipping costs vary, and will be higher than standard shipping costs.

3 Day Select
Package will be shipped via UPS 3 Day Select to USA destinations. UPS shipping days are Monday-Friday. You will receive your package in 3 days (after processing).

Second Day Air
Package will be shipped via UPS Second Day Air to USA destinations. UPS shipping days are Monday-Friday. You will receive your package in 2 days (after processing).

Next Day Air
Package shipped via UPS Next Day Air to USA destinations. UPS shipping days are Monday-Friday. You will receive your package in 1 day (after processing).

INTERNATIONAL SERVICE:
International shipping may take up to 5 or more weeks for delivery, however, shipping to Canada is much faster. More than one shipping option may be available in other countries as well. Please contact us to verify that we ship to your country, and please watch your email after ordering as we don't call outside the USA. When you add items to your shopping cart, the shipping charges will be automatically added. Calculated shipping charges are based on ground shipping in the USA, but international orders ship by air, in most cases, so shipping costs will be higher than indicated in the shopping cart. The actual cost is based on weight and location. If we ship to your country, we will email you with the actual cost and shipping options to obtain your authorization to proceed with the order. No order will be billed or shipped without your email agreement. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs taxes, duties, or brokerage fees. We have no way of determining any fees imposed by other countries, nor do we accept responsibility for them. The customer assumes that responsibility. No personalized items or food products (including candy) will be shipped outside of the USA. If there is a problem with an international order regarding missing or damaged product, credit will be issued for those items. The missing or damaged items will not be replaced due to the extra cost of international shipping.

FREIGHT FORWARDING:
Some customers use a forwarding company in the USA to receive international orders. The order is shipped to the forwarding company in the USA and transferred by them to the customer in another country. The Rosemary Company will only accept responsibility of your package until its point of delivery in the USA. The Rosemary Company cannot be responsible for loss, damage, or theft of a freight forwarded package once it has been delivered to the USA destination.

SHIPPING DISCLAIMERS:
Most orders process within 2 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday. Orders are shipped after they are processed, and the time in transit varies by location. Please allow enough time for correction of any errors or damage.

Replacements will only be sent by UPS ground. We are not responsible for any air charges necessary to get replacements to you faster.

If you are in a rush, we have several different levels of service to get your order when you need it.

Please verify your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you make a mistake, or provide insufficient delivery information, UPS will charge an additional delivery fee, which will in turn be passed on to you.

Please also provide a street address in addition to a PO Box number, even if you normally use a PO Box. Some items cannot be shipped to a PO Box due to weight.

If you are not home during the day, you may wish to ship to a work address. If you choose to deliver to a home address and you are not home UPS may, or may not, leave the package. If they don't leave the package they will try again, usually the next business day. If you feel it is safe, you may request that the package be left even if you are not home, but if you make that request it releases UPS and The Rosemary Company from liability regarding the loss or theft of the package.

Orders outside the contiguous 48 states and those shipping to APO/FPO addresses often require additional shipping charges, as the post office has additional zoning charges. The actual costs are based on weight and delivery addresses. Contact us for accurate costs if you are outside the contiguous 48 states or shipping to an APO/FPO address.

If an order has already been placed, we will contact you by e-mail if the shipping costs will exceed the amount calculated automatically by the shopping cart.
