Rush Orders
Occasionally,
customers may need an order processed faster than the standard 2
business days. Rush processing is sometimes possible, and when possible,
they would process and ship the same day. Rush processing adds $10
to the total. Please keep in mind that even though the order will
process and ship from us the same day, because of your location,
an expedited shipping option may be necessary. The order may require
FedEx next day, two day or three day shipping to get to you in time.
If so, an extra shipping charge will apply, but you will be notified
in advance of that amount. Personalized items still need extra time,
but, again, the order may be able to process the same day and ship
faster than normal. Rush orders add $10 to the total, but, when
available, rush orders would get to you by the date needed. Please
call us right away (800 - 823-3891) to verify that your
order can be processed as a rush. If it is after hours or on a week-end,
please e-mail. Some orders do not need a rush status and will reach
you in time with normal shipping, but e-mailing the questions and
answers (during business hours) takes extra, valuable time and because
of our FedEx pickup schedule, might make a rush order impossible.
If
a rush order is possible, you would order as normal, immediately,
through the shopping cart and in the comments section of the cart
you would put "Please provide rush processing for an extra $10".
The first page of the shopping cart will ask you for a date needed.
It is possible that you will get them before that date, however,
we can't guarantee the date of delivery, other than to assure you
that the order will arrive in time.
Because
the components may come from different warehouses in different locations,
it is also possible that you will receive the order in two shipments.
They would ship via FedEx, and when they ship you would receive an
e-mail with the FedEx tracking and delivery information. The subject
of that e-mail, which comes directly from FedEx, is called FedEx tracking, so when you see that e-mail don't delete it. That is your
FedEx information, and it will tell you in advance when to expect
delivery. The extra $10 for rush processing doesn't calculate in
the shopping cart, but will be added at the point of billing. Again,
if you have any questions, please contact us by phone during business
hours and by e-mail after normal hours and on week-ends and we will
try to assist you in any way possible.
