What if my order arrives damaged or items are missing?
What if my order arrives damaged or items are missing? Because of our careful packing methods, we generally do not have difficulty with damage or missing items. In the unlikely event that there is a problem, please contact us immediately and we will take care of the problem. Do not dispose of the shipping box or packing material if there is damage or if any items are missing. If you report damage or missing items more than 7 days after receiving the shipment we cannot guarantee replacement. Click

How do I change or cancel my order?
You may change or cancel your order at no cost as long as the order has not been processed. If the credit card has been charged cancelation fees may apply. Please contact customer service at (800) 823-3891 for specific inquiries.
I
own a retail store. Can I offer your products to my customers?
We do offer wholesale pricing on some of our products through our
parent company, The Rosemary Company. If you are interested in our
wholesale items, and qualify as a retail or online business, please
visit our wholesale
section. You may register there and we will email you password
information once your registration has been approved. .
What
methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Discover, Visa and Mastercard via our secure server. Click

Do
you offer samples?
Samples are available on most of our products, but not for personalized
items. Samples are 20% higher than normal minimum orders, but offer
the opportunity to inspect an item before ordering a large quantity.
We highly recommend it and are one of the few companies that offer
samples. Our minimum orders are also usually much lower than other
companies, making it cost effective to place a small order. Samples
are sent via Priority Mail, which is a preferred shipping method
through the post office. The shipping cost is the same for any order
up to $10 so it is often worthwhile to order other samples as well.
Many people then offer the samples as prizes at the party.
